Rebirth is a painting exhibition of the recent works of Anna Tychkova and Newsha Hamidi. This body of work is inspired by nature’s renewal in the spring season. The palette and the theme of each painting portray this unique time of the year. In Persian culture, the arrival of spring has been celebrated for centuries. In Rebirth Newsha Hamidi presents for the first time her Persepolis collection, an ancient historical site in Iran, which has been one of the major places for this celebration.
